My passion is to help others to be fit in all areas of life: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I have been a life-long learner, exploring all aspects of what it means to be human and how to optimize our experience in this life. I have come to believe that the body has so much to tell us about how we think, how we feel and how we behave.
I help people improve their physical health through yoga and other forms of movement, their mental health through meditation and breathwork, their emotional health through transformative coaching and spiritual health through connecting to their own divinity within themselves.

My Story
Communication and education have been at the heart of my life and a common thread throughout my career. I hold a BA in Communication from San Francisco State University and worked as a sound engineer in the entertainment business. I also have a Master’s degree in Education and served as a university instructor at Oregon State University. Now, I'm combining the two paths as a therapeutic life coach, where I guide clients through deep listening and inquiry-based coaching using the frameworks of yogic philosophy, Root-Cause Coaching, Internal Family Systems, Positive Psychology and “family-of-origin” Recovery coaching. I specialize in body-based modalities using Somatic Releases, Breathwork, Self-Hypnosis, Timeline Therapy and Recovery Step-Work.
I'm a 500 ERYT with over 1200 hours of yoga teacher training including 200 & 300 hr. Hatha/Vinyasa certifications through Uplifted Yoga, 200 hr. Kundalini through Kundalini University, 300 hr Yoga Psychotherapy and a 200 hr. Baptiste Power Yoga certification and countless other trainings! I am also a certified Embodied Yoga Life Coach, Neuro-Linguistic and Timeline Therapy Master practitioner, certified Breathwork facilitator, certified Hypnosis practitioner and a Level 1 Reiki Master.
I am devoted to my own on-going education to help my clients, blending the most up-to-date modalities with tried-and-true ancient technologies. I believe that teaching and learning are two sides of the same coin; a path that goes in both directions!
